The sky is bright with sunshine, and I smell autumn in the air. Its beautiful outside, and I went for a run with my dog. My lungs burn and I love it. I can't do a pull up anymore, and that has got to change. ran about 1/3 of the park.......its hard to keep up a regimen when I work so much and working out after work is a huge hurdle. twelve hours is a long time....but that will change....
