The weather here in the Pacific Northwest is labile. Cold snaps and now warm with gusty wind. We are going to have some fun weather today. Make sure you have all you need for potential power outages, and stay safe.

 So, it appears the Cerave day moisturizer is a no go. Zits left and right.  So I will continue with just the daily oil cleansing for about 2 weeks and come back around to something else. Love it. http://hennacolorlab.com/  The process is tedious, but only because its henna, and it only too  2 hours. I used the Wine color, and dyed fresh roots over black hair. I like finding  a process that doesn't fry my hair, and I can still continue to get my dye addiction on. 

 Our faces, our skin, and how we clean them. Over the last few years, my skin started to break out and I have gone through a few changes.  I have cleaned up my diet, removing a significant source of dairy from my coffee ( I don't pile on the half and half anymore) and that seemed to help. When I wash with just water ( a rinse really)  my face feels dry. So, I am starting the oil cleansing method. Have no idea what I am talking about? Had an absolute adoration for deep reds right now, inspired by one of my favorite nail color right now by Sin Nail color from Walgreens *Thank you( http://chestersdrawers.blogspot.com/2012/02/brand-day-sinful-colors-1.html) .I decided this was my color for fall and wanted to dye my hair a similar color. So....Pre Dye Pictures..............   And after   A deep cherry, which I found underwhelming, but would you be surprised if I told you I dyed over a previous black?

Ok, so who has a cold, or has had a cold in the last week?  You know, the sore throat that you ignore..........go to work Thursday,   and by Friday Who remembers how miserable it is  WITH drugs on board? So what do you  do? Treat the symptoms, a drink water and ALWAYS drug to sleep. So Thursday it was a sore throat, Friday is what some minor uncomfortable muscle aches that went into congestion, this lead into MORE CONGESTION for Saturday. I have been hard and fast with this stuff around the clock and the twice a day neti pot.----> So, I'm high, congested and Sunday evening lead to both a cough and congestion. Who needs to breath through their nose anyways? Pinter est has offered me quite a bit of distraction as well as some brilliant ideas for continuing the combat, but my motivation is less than stellar after all these drugs.   I mean, really, why am I STILL SICK?

 I was meandering facebook, like we all do, on a Sunday morning, and I came across an article I found fascinating. NPR wrote about it so it must be cool. Rejected princesses . As in rejected princesses from the disney worl. Woman, who historically are too awful to be on disney. I was ECSTATIC!! I love women. I love history.  I love Disney. In like, a love hate relationship. This is amazing, and I highly recommend it.  Also in the same category of strong women. Under armour is doing the fall line around women of strength.  Being that, I am on a ballet kick, (I start next week)  They used Misty Copeland as the model, and it was exquisite.   I was again excited.  You will be happy to know I found my old missing ballet shoe. So things are looking up. In a flurry of trying to make sure I had all I needed for the upcoming classes, I wandered around here ,which is a ballet store I have often used, 10 years ago when i danced.
