Friends and Butterflies
Or social butterfly, seeing friends.Today went and saw Tracy in the hospital, she had surgery, but she look so good. It was absolutely fabulous seeing her and then Danae from Florida,it has been too long. Just an overwhelmingly fabulous day of fantastic people. Great cup of decaf this morning.......and some orange juice, and soy milk, from Silk....love it. No workout so far this morning, but I will do some side planks before I head to bed. Daily Updates
Today we went garage sale-ing, and had breakfast at Panera. I just love there coffee with sugar in the raw and half and half. got some books, and a weight bench,sub-woofer, sandwich maker, and a down vest. Later we went and visited Will for a gathering he was having and it was a blast. Ate cream cheesed, blueberry bagels with egg on it like a madame. Laying next to sleeping dogs now. My wrist hurts a little from playing tennis 2x in a row this four day weekend. playing a lot of Rift with Josh, and reading "The Elenium " series by David Edding. The first book in particular. Diamond throne.
